I booked a tablet on 16 the June 2020 I asked for COD they said not possible only online transaction so I send 3999 I called the customer care no they are asking for debit card no, expire date and cvv no extra for refund I got to know they r fraud and I shouted as I am bank staff my call was recorded after 2 days I got a parcel from them I open they sent a tablet which is very old and not under working condition it’s is totally fraud ezeephone is fraud company and the are from UP please don’t book from this website I am going to file a complain and file a case against them
It’s not a new product it’s a used very old and not in working condition
