I had booked order no. 1725742013 on 4/6/20 for krypton tab 10 inch model p10 ( jpeg of order confirmation enclosed). Since I did not receive any email I doubted of fishing. I immediately sent email to their support email but it showed error. The payment of rs. 3599 paid vide payu id 10459486799.
Though its representative mr. Mahesh agarwal confirmed of recept of my order and payment and delivery would be done within three days.
On 5/6/20 he did not know my order dispatch status and would advise me by return call.
No return call on 5/6/20 and on 6/6/20 I have called 20 times but it hangs up.
I m duped of money and please help me to get my product or my refund if rs.3599.
