I have booked a krypton k20 phone on 3/6/2020 on payment of Rd 4499/-. There was display that the order is successful but no order number supplied.The phone is not so far delivered. On enquiry in their published customer care No. 9432495373 he told me that the Order is cancelled and requested my ATM card number. When I disagree to give card number he cut the phone and thereafter no response. Pls do needful.
