Hi sir, Am Naveen Vaitla from Hyderabad, my son Mater Sai Charan,online shopping Booked Mi Band 3 on 15/4/2019...but they sent M3 MYDEVICE MYLIFE..it’s totally Dublicate..when I received that item on 18/04/19 ,but sealed opend on 22/04/19 .when I saw it dublicate and call to given Customer care no 8448445037 ...it’s Forwarded to ph no 8777645491,they lift call and told that send one number plz reply to they given phone no ie 9266892668 .ie they sms from AD FINOBK ,(FINO PAYMENT BANK)sms no -FINOUPI 89918400500003354919.my son told otp no also to that guy who ask in customer care.at that time from our Bank account (Bank of India)Debited my Money 6 times Total Rs 44,600/-like 10000+10000+10000+10000+6000+400=44,600/-which is registered my mobile to Bank ie ph no 9292358770 on Dt 22/04/2019 plz help me sir EZEE DEALS company is totally frauds COMPANY WHICH IS IN online shopping. sir I did given cyber crime police station complaint ie C.No.1476/CYBER CRIME/RCK/2019 on dt 22/04/2019 in LB NAGAR,Hyderabad Telangana. I am Mohammedshahid kazi.My order reciept is #1720897040. I have ordered for imported frontier combo smart watch. I got my courier which had a faulty smart watch that even did not start. The product received was also different than advertised. Ezzedeals provided with a faulty fake and defective product henceforth I wish to cancel the order and claim for refund. I am disappointed with such service and seek your reply at the earliest. Atleast guide for the process of cancellation and refund.

I ordered 2 Mi power bank and I got a faulty product that even did not start. The product received was also different than advertised. Ezzedeals provided with a faulty fake and defective product. I wish to cancel the order and claim for refund. Their customer care number is not working and no response through email.I am disappointed with such service and seek response soon
