month i am facing this issue..
Currently im activated to 399 plan,
According to this plan, jio should provide me with 1.5gb 4G internet daily till 84 days..
But the speed I m actually getting is not 4G, its somewhat 2G speed..
i can only use whatsapp with this speed..
sometime i cant even browse properly..
I have made lots of complaints to jio about this But every time they have a common answer that, coverage area is good, many users are using internet at same time, we are workig on this issue but we can’t say how much time it will take to resolve this issue…
Please help me..
