I am Mukhil from Arumbakkam, Chennai. The signal availability of Vodafone network is pathetic. It is so bad that I couldn’t even talk to your customer care team. The call got dropped all the 7-8 times after connecting to the service executive. My voice is not audible to the person on the other side. Obviously Internet is also not working. It is highly difficult to manage with such poor network. This is the third consecutive day that this problem has been prevailing. Please get this resolved immediately.
After a point customer care service also turned inefficient. Not connecting to service executive but repeating the same set of menu. Emails provided on the internet do not exist.
