I ordered a box of sweet for one of my friend in bangalore . Shared the delivery boy number with my friend ,he called the number but every time it went unanswered. . And lastly they rejected the order telling we did not pick up the phone call. And now we are demanding for refund or at least deliver back the order to my friend’s address they have no answer except we cannot do anything . Seriously is this what we pay for .
So it means tomorrow Zomato will take my order and cancel from their end and do whatever they want to do without giving any proper justification and use my food also for their own benefit or whatever and will not even refund my money.
Is this a joke , seriously ?
I need some actions to be taken immediately
