Extremely poor service from ola electric company

Text of Complaint by Dodiya Jigar Danubhai:

I had purchased new ola electric scooter just 1 year before i.e 29.01.2023.

When I got problem and went to service centre every time I informed to book time slot , however after lots of try no single slot is available from all oka services centre in whole Ahmedabad. The screenshot is attached here with for your reference.

However when I tried to reach customer centre for abnormal noise coming from front wheel brakes then ola service manager informed to book time slot, as I tried for it but not available, I informed to him to book time slot , but he refused same as he has not able to do so.
However he informed me to book time slot through customer service on phone call, it is regret to say that after 10 to 15 minutes on phone call I able to speak customer care executive and he informed me that he is unable to book time slot.

I am extremely very confused at this time how I can book time slot.

Without booking time slot service person refused to take my scooter for repair, then how I can repair my scooter, I am forcefully proceed to run my scooter in abnormal condition.

After that whole experience I found that I had done big mistake to purchase a scooter from ola, which can’t provide service.
Then what is meaning to purchase a electric scooter from ola which is marketing best scooter in market.

Kindly provide a good service and make necessary changes from your end and register my complaint in this matter.
