Since morning my internet connection is down and no one is providing any fix from Hathway. Their hardware team visited and said it is a software issue and now no one is either picking call or informing when it will be fixed. This is extreme level of poor service and for no reason I as a consumer is bearing the cost for it. My work is severely impacted due disconnected internet.
