Extremely interrupted connectivit
Since June 2020 the phone as well as internet connection to all numbers in my Airtel postpaid family pack hasbeen so interrupted that I have been living through an extremely anxious times- 1.my son who is in class ten could not finish some some of his exams on time.
2.I have been unable to extend support to children with special needs as I am a special educator working with children with intellectual disabilities.
3.Frequent call drop is interrupting telephonic conversation with parents who are in stress.
Inspite Of registering repeated complaint through the Airtel app and visit to the kankurgachi store nothing has been done while I have to use other service providers while I am paying dues on time.
