Respected sir,
We understand that due to lockdown electricity usuage generally increases. We assumed that it could go upto 5000-6000. But we were shocked to receive a bill amount of 15000. There has to be a certain misreading.
We would be happy to give any required details regading this. Kindly look into this matter and help.
