Text of Complaint by Sebastian mani:

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flipkart. For almost more than one month, the products are not getting delivered nor informing us once it reaches the respective hub. No updates are provided from Flipkart’s end too. It reaches the hub and is sent back without informing us. We will get to know about all these once we check with the employees in the hub (Kattappana) directly. We had raised this issue through their customer care centre but that was also in vain. They were also helpless. It is better to purchase directly than going with Flipkart since, it can’t fullfill the customer needs.
