Text of Complaint by Vipin Kumar:

I purchased 2 pairs of formal shoes from Louis Philippe around 3 months ago from DLF saket, after using it for just a week, one pair of stitching came out and the right shoe is not at all comfortable, it was so tight and it was biting so badly. So I made a complaint and took the pair to the store in DLF noida, I was informed that it will go for QC and you would get the best possible solution.

They never gave me any receipt for the same, after following up for like a month they said I can take my shoes now. When I went to get them I was shocked to see that it was still the same with just a note saying that it was due to improper handling so nothing can be done.

I am not a school going boy who doesn’t know how to take care of things, and is there any training I need to take to wear the formal shoe.

Even a local shoe is more durable and may be more comfortable. I just don’t understand how the stitch can open at the tongue if it’s done properly. Even when I wear that shoe again he bite my foot very badly.

The staff was too rude to listen to anything and said we can’t do anything. So what kind of customer service is this? Being such a brand you sell such cheap things at such high values. The only question that I am bound to ask is do you have any brand standard?
