Text of Complaint by Swapan Kumar Panda:

Since last five days I feel extremely distressed due to the fact that even after visiting several times to Vodafone Store in Adajan, Surat my existing mobile phone 8980023001(converted to Red scheme with 299 plan) remained out of connectivity.

Yesterday I took one more new number 8238666001 with the same scheme thinking it will help me temporarily till my existing number is restored. With my dismay I find that the fate of this new number is also following the same delay even though it was promised by Vodafone representative that the sane will be activated without any time.

With the dependency we are having with mobile phone it is very much disturbing period of being existed with our modern day of living. It has become more difficult to bear it since we the whole family is shifting out of Surat on 24th early morning for ever.
