Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar J:

We are traveling by First AC from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar by Prashanti express (18464). The train is delayed by more than 7 hours till now. No information was provided by IRCTC about the delay or food arrangements or any other thing. We were supposed to be de-boarded by 6:50PM and we are still more than 300KM away from the destination. We are asked to buy food and water despite extreme delay. We had ordered for all the three meals of the day from different restaurants on the go but nothing came to us due to the delay. The food providers listed on the irctc railrecipe portal have updated our food as delivered even though the train has not reached the place yet. We have to hungry now. Also, we did not expect such nonfunctional berth in a first class AC compartment. the upper berth could not be kept folded due to a bent hook holder. this lead us to lead an uncomfortable journey sitting our necks bent. Every thing was a problem right from toilets till cleanliness in the coupe. Goods trains and all the other trains were important other than our time wherein we already lost 7hrs of our valuable time. I want to file for a compensation for all this trauma and drama.
