Text of Complaint by PIJUSH KANTI GHOSH:

I purchased Oppo RENO 8T 5G mobile on 31st March, 2023 having order ID OD327709263719673100 with an exchange scheme with my old mobile Oppo K1 with exchange value of RS 8250 and was delivered on 1St April. I opted for the exchange scheme of ‘pickup the old exchanged mobile after 10 days of delivery of the new mobile phone’ and the due date of pickup was showing by 14th April in my app.
In the meantime the new mobile had some issues and it was replaced by another new one on 15th of April. The replaced new one also had some issues and for that I complained and got refund option. I opted for refund on 22nd April but cancelled it myself on 24th April and till now I am using that mobile with some minor corrections.
Now the only and the big issue is that till today Flipkart is not arranging the pickup of the exchanged old mobile. I have called customer care more than 20 times, sent messages in app about 30 times and mailed about 15 or more.
Over phone customer care executives only apologize for the delay and assures me for early pickup. The emails are irrelevant and ambiguous as it contains no specific information about the pickup. But most surprising is that in my app every complaint I arise it show some 2or 3 days later date for resolution and just afte few hours every complaint shows’ Issues resolved ‘. I remain totally in dark that who, when and what resolution provided me ? The only resolution is the pickup of the exchanged mobile and nothing else!
I am going through a painful situation with a lot of tension and agony. I have wasted many busy hours of mine for the following up of this incident till today.
