Hello
I Saurabh Awasthi have placed a fastag order from paytm on 23/05/2022 which was then dispatched through Bluedart (AWB- 89819043016) and has reached my city on 25/05/22. Still, every day it goes out for delivery and without any call/ message, it gets updated in the system with some nuisance remark like address change, out of the station, etc.This is seriously disappointing from Bluedart and shows a sheer example of negligence. The contact number is as useless as Bluedart itself. Upon contacting the merchant, they refuse to help as they have already dispatched. There is no way I should know the address from where I can pick it up.The Order cannot be canceled or returned. Even I cannot surrender also. Make my product deliver as soon as possible. Else will have to knock consumer forum door.
