Text of Complaint by Abhinav Sahu:

I am a JioFiber user for quite some time and I wanted to upgrade my existing offer to include the set-top box provided by Jio, I made a booking for the set-top box dated 15 July 2021 but even after more than fifteen days, no agent has contacted me and I haven’t got any response from the company as to when will it be finally installed. Needless to say, I am utterly disappointed by the service.
