Based up on my usage, I requested Vodafone in Jan 2018 to change my mobile phone bill plan from a rental of 999/month to 499/month over vodaphone customer care call service. I also removed my caller tune then which was not required by me.
I observed from the vodaphone bill generated for my account from Feb 2018 to till date, the rental is appearing 499 but there are additional Internet charges and value added service charges of amount ranging in between INR 500 to INR 700 in each month’s bill which were not availed by me. When I called up the customer care team for my recent bill of April 2019, they were not able to justify the extra charges levied to my account and offered me a refund but only for current month’s bill. It appeared the charges were nothing but manipulation, so that I end up paying same amount of bill amount which I used to pay when my rental was INR 999.
I am feeling cheated by Vodafone after such a long association. Request you to acknowledge and give a speedy resolution by refund of all the extra money charged to my account bills from Feb 2018 to April 2019 within a fixed time frame. Also kindly ensure I will not face such issue in future.
