I have purchased an item in 2 quantityvide order ID: 126822714129 and they send wrong items. Raised an exchange request but approved for return. Both quantity were handed over to the courier vide return pickup
AWB:- 23409910831864. In their site the return quantity is appearing as one and refunded for one. A complaint is filled with meesho and they given a resolution that the courier weight is less so the quantity is one without verifying with the seller that the return shipping is still in transit.
Meesho provided the resolution without verifying the fact. So the refund for the second quantity returned also be refunded.
