Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I’m very old subscriber of TATA SKY since inception. Considering the worldwide faithfulness of Mr. Tata, constantly I was renewing it without hesitation.
In continuation, it is bring to your kind notice that today at 12.16 hrs. I have received a phone call (+91-1409340578) from your Customer Care Centre and that fellow convinced me that Tata Sky Comedy Channel No. 135 is free of cost for five days for trial purpose and he is adding it in my package.
According to that fellow, after five days he will call back and will ask regarding adding/removal of channel. I had asked atleast 10 times that no payment should be deducted from my account or validity time (17-Sep-2019) should not be reduced. Immediately after the disconnection the conversation, a message appears on my mobile that now validity time have been reduced till 11-Sep-2019 as well amount also. At 1.25 hrs. than I had contacted again (1860-208-6633) and inform the status but Miss Kajal declined the request and postponed for tomorrow.
This is very ridiculous and against the ethics of Tata Sky.
You are advised to please disconnect the Channel No. 135 (Tata Sky Comedy) with immediate effect and validity date should be corrected with account balance.
Please look into the matter and kindly advise.
