Dear Sir,
I bought a prepaid sim from the Vodafone Store in Ansal Plaza Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana. For which he took Rs 532 from me. In which I have got 1.5 GB data per day for one month.
I asked for my amount of sleep which they did not give me. He said that you will get the message but till now I have not even received the message.
While 1.5 GB is available for Rs 249. Then why 283 rupees extra was taken from me.
Kindly request you to see this matter of mine that why Rs 283 was taken more than me.
