Hi Sir/Madam
This is to inform u that vodafone branch and customer care not responeded on my issue of bills.
I went for closing my vodafone postpaid num to branch after 2 day my new bill generate mean my 2 bill r pending so i told them i have not used my second bill bcoz u already block my outgoing how should i used that bill and i also ready to paid that bill but they told me that u have to pay 3 bills bcoz 2 day started of 3rd bill.
what is logic of this for 2 day why i should pay 3 month bill so i told them that i want to meet manager they told that not ther and i also complaint that on customer care that i want to talk wid ur head they also not reply my any issue so i had not paid 2 month bills now they send me mail by advocate for paying 3 months why should i pay i am not going to pay that i want to complaint file againts vodafone plz let me about tis or i have to complaint in the police station for this.
