This is regarding my fixed line connection 08042024506. My monthly plan is for 1297 but this time you guys have charge me 999 extra for amazon subscription. I have never subscribe for amazon subscription. Cancel this charges and remove this subscription from my account. I have made the payment for the bill that I am suppose to pay that’s 1297. I am not paying anything extra for which I have not requested for.
Miss Reena Roy was offering me to refund 500 + GST but why will I pay remaining when I have not taken any subscription for Amazon, it was added by you guys. I have never requested for. Infact I don’t use my amazon account as that account is already blocked. I want full refund.
