Today, I went to BYPL Gokulpri Delhi 110094 Branch to pay my Electricity Bill , My bill amount was Rs. 21,100 , but cashier has deduct the amount of Rs 21,301. and also provide me two slip one of BYPL receipt (amount printed 21,100) and one for card payment receipt (Amount printed 21,301) , when i ask the cashier first he told me that may be your bank have deduct charges , when I told that i have confirmed with bank there no such chargeon payment than he told me I don’t know about it, the swapping machine automatic add extra charges on card payment . Total Fraud ,
