I have change my Plan from 499 to 999 on 15 th June 2019 as I want to see Netflix which is free for 2 months in 999 plan.
But they charges Rs 800/- extra in June bill and same in July bill also,
i have raised a complain regarding this several time to customers care but from last 45 days they are not doing anything and sending me the messages of pending payment.
I have decided to port my number to Airtel but one of their executive called me and said that you have to cancel your porting request then we will consider your refund.and then I paid the Amount 380 minus 1600 as said by her.
but they still not resolving the issue.
