Text of Complaint by Manendra Kumar:

  • Respected Sir,
  • I am using Tata Sky HD since last 4 years but after completion of 1 year my tata sky was not receiving singal and this problem happen again and again after 1 year and they charge me for nore than 3 times due to signal not receiving by tata sky set up box.
  • Again today i called to customer care and ask them why my tata sky is not showing any channel and they checked and reply me that your box is not receiving signal so for this one executive will visit at your door step and you have to pay rs 100 to him.
  • every time they are charging money without any problem because they had something in their setup box.it automatically did not receive signal after 1 year.
  • so i request you please take immediate action against him.
