Please Refund Extra Charges (Convenience Fee – Rs 1368.23)
It is being a very hectic and troubled day for me just because of Paytm Wallet,
I have been using this app from a very long time but never had any trouble.
In ref to above mentioned Order ID: 13547179793 & Bank Reference No.: 113009096583
I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone in customer care but Paytm customer care.
NO ONE CARE TO RESPOND, Whom shall, I contact, from where I will be getting my issue resolved.
I never had any issue with any of the mobile wallets app but this paytm really sucks .
I have already given the best feedback that is possible within my scope to Paytm , I know my standaloan feedback won’t will bother your Billions of earning , but certainly you will be losing one of your potential customer.
I swear I won’t will be using PAYTM ever in my life.
Please return my money.
