I am using vodaphone postpaid number and last two months I am getting extra charges in my bills after discussion with customer care they are saying that this is a game downloading charges but I never download any game and no customer executives are giving me valuable answer so this is a sign of poor relationships with customer because we are using postpaid sim and you can add any charges with out permission of customer last month bill I have submitted but this month bill July. I will not submit.
