Text of Complaint by Sushil Kumar Rathi:

Not provided option to disconnect Tata Sky Binge Service which was given for a month on complimentary basis. Now online there is no option and no one is picking the phone. Dealer is saying he does not have option to cancel though he tried his best to sale the same.

Wasted lot of time and now they will deduct from my account. Feeling helpless
