On taking a tatasky connection, I was provided with an amazon firestick. After a month, I stopped using it and put in a request to take it back. One of your agents came to my house and took the firestick along with the remote control and power adapter, all in working condition. Few days back, when I tried to recharge my tata sky pack I found that I was being asked to pay some extra money. I contacted customer service regarding these issues and they told me that I was charged for not returning the power adaptor of the Amazon firestick, but I clearly remember that I definitely returned it to the agent. Later, customer service asked me to file a complaint about it, I did the same but got no satisfactory response.
Suppose I didn’t return the adapter to him, then he should have asked me for the adapter at the same time, however he didn’t say anything about it and told me that everything was fine. If the adaptor was missing, he should have asked me for that instead of putting it in his report. Clearly, the agent is lying about it because I returned everything to him in perfect condition.
Moreover, when returning the stuff, he checked if everything was working or not by using it. At that time he turned on the firestick and it was working fine. As you know, firestick can only work if it’s attached to an adapter. So, at that time the adapter was attached with the firestick.
So, I request you to either reduce this extra money for this adapter from my account or if you are not going to do this, then want to put a request to close my tata sky account and take all your things back because I am not going to pay anything for it.
