Extra charges in bill

Ever since Vodafone came up with the idea, there have been extra charges in the bill
Refer attached last two months bill details with proofs
They charged for internet service while I have alredy carry forward type data monthly 20 gb and usage approx 3 to 4 gb per month.how they chargs this type.
