My account no in lazypay is from mobile no 7007282113
My account repayment date was 3 dec for payment of rs 946
I made payment from my gpay on 1 dec
But payment failed but money deducted from my account
Today I saw that I have charged rs 1273 with rs 295 and 33 as late payment charges
I paid the amount to avoid any extra charges
When I paid bill on 1 dec and money deducted from my account why should I pay late charges of 295 and 33 for one day
4 times I contacted customer care they talk and phone is disconnected without resolving my issue
I request you kindly to refund my 946 and late fee charges as I have done payment within my due payment date
Your account not received money or other is your concern but I paid in time
And Informed you within 1 day
Pl arrange a call back and resolve my issue

This is with reference to your complaint regarding “Waiver against LP +OD charges ” against which we would like to inform you that as a service gesture we have provide you the lazycash of Rs 328.11 on 6th Dec 2022 against the transaction number -:TXN298069584 .
This lazy cash has been given you against your LP+OD=295+33.11= 328.11. The amount shown in excess in your lazypay account , going to be adjusted in your next sales transaction.
Further we would like to inform you that against your failed repayment transaction 0n 1st Dec 2022-TXN295581298, the auto refund has been initiated on the same date against the reference number-
233581725547. You can check with this reference number in your bank statement or with bank.
Further we would like to inform you that Lazypay recommends not to share your OTP, Passwords with anyone as this could lead to unauthorized access to your account.
Hence, we humbly submit that your complaint related to Lazypay account now stands resolved.
