I have a Vodafone connection 7622022366, which is under family plan with 9376822366. last month I received invoice with ₹52 as value added service charge to which I have not subscribed. Have been interacting with them to either give me a written evidence from my end for starting the said VAS, or credit the same amount back. In all correspondence the only answer that I have received that the said charges are genuine and cannot be reversed. Have not any evidence from their end even after innumerable reminders.
Tried upscaling the complainant to nodal officer at specified address but the mail bounced back.
I request you to help settle the issue. It is more of fight for principle and mental torture being caused by not getting proper solution.
