1. I have opted to 999 family plan upon request by the representative.
   But the bill has been raised for 1200 exclusive of taxes.
   Above mentioned 999 plan is also exclusive of fat.

Now I tried to reach the store but the store is closed.
I called the representative on mobile number but he is not responding since many weeks.
