This month I have received the bill 8257/- in which international roaming charges has been included but the service has not been used. Eventhough I have deactivated the service within 3 hours due to some reason I have to deactivate the service.
I contacted customer care they committed that I will get a call from senior person on Sunday at 6 pm but no call I received yet.
Today I again lodged a complaint to the customer care for the resolution but no outcomes.
And they have stopped all my services I am not able to make a call, send a SMS and accessing internet.
At last i have to lodged a complaint to deactivate my number.
As I am not been able to pay that much amount.
Kindly check and let us know ASAP.
