Multiple times I had raised complaint regarding my outstanding amounts. Many times I had told Vodafone representative /complaint handling persons to resolve my issue but he had unable to do it. Initially my monthly rental plan was 199 but Vodafone had change changed it from 199 rs to 375rs without informing me. How company is deciding to change the plan without consent to customer. I had raised multiple times complaint on companies complaint no. 198 but I have not received any solution. Now I have decided to PORT out my number in to another network because of bad service by company. I will not pay outstanding amount till company revise my outstanding bill amount as per my 199rs plan. Company is not showing seriousness while customer complaints his issues.
