Sir/Madam
My name is Anuj Kumar,I am using Tata play from 12 years (since 2012).
I have been cheated for the third time.This time my tv was not catching the signal so I called Tata play technician.Then came my house 3rd July 2023 then he checked dish tv and told me the charges of different parts of dish tv like LNB 250, CONNECTOR 50RS, REALLOCATION CHARGES 300₹ ONLY. At that time I got suspicious because I knew LNB charges it was not 250 rupees but it is only 150 rupees only. Then I told him that I will know the charges by talking to customer care after that I will get you work done.
Then I talked to the customer care and I came to know the charges of LNB 150,CONNECTOR IS 15 TO 20 and REALLOCATION CHARGES 300.The technician left during this conversation because he told me wrong charges of LNB and connector.Then next day a new technician came whose name Bharat,He only went on to do LNB work .
No requirement of REALLOCATION of dish or no requirement of new connector.
The work charges only 150 rupees only but still Tata play company has debited 350 more amount of my account. So SIR/MADAM you are requested to give me my money and get me justice as soon as possible.During this time I have to face mental harassment that doesn’t cost the company that will give me.
