We are using shiprocket courier services for our business. We have faced unfair practices from their end as they are charging an extra amount in the name of weight issues. We have submitted all the proper images with the dimensions but still facing problem as they are not ready to pay our amount. They are fraud and making fool to their customers.
Their team and higher lever department are also not responsible for this issue. We have raised a complaint with their team, but they are not providing any resolution.
