Text of Complaint by Kathy Staggs:

Good morning
I sent you a letter a couple of months ago. I have stopped using Vodafone as I found it too expensive compared to other suppliers. I endlessly asked for help via Live Chat each month when i realised my monthly payments were too expensive for me. I have not used this phone or sim for over 3 months. I have severe athritis and a tumour in my right knee and I cannot work. My husband has no work and we are just about surviving on Universal credit. There is no way on God’s earth that I can afford to pay a bill of over 400 pounds when there is no money and i a not using it. I reached out so many times and NO ONE wanted to or was willing to help me.
This is pushing me to the edge, please help, I cannot bear this.
