I have purchased a complete protection policy-3 years along with a new Haier Refrigerator side by side door from flipkart. Now my refrigerator is under extended warranty.
On 09/07/2023, My refrigerator stopped cooling and the same was reported to M/S Flipkart and Jeeves to resolve the matter.

After 9 reminders were sent through mail and more than 20 times communication was held with M/S Jeeves but still no services provided.
We have contacted one more time to Flipkart customer care to escalate the matter with M/S Jeeves. But unfortunately no services support provided by M/S Jeeves.
After approx. 3 weeks of waiting, we decided to repair my refrigerator on a paid basis from M/S Haier because we don’t have a stand by refrigerator as domestic use. A Haier service person has visited my home and diagnosed the issue and repaired the refrigerator.
Even after repaired we continue follow-up the issue with flipkart and Jeeves but no any services provided. Every 3-4 days i call to flipkart and they promise back team is resolve the matter within3 days. But now 2 months has passed and no any action/compassion provided from flipkart.
