Hi,
I bought an 55” LED TV Unit of Kodak from Flipkart and purchased complete protection warranty from Jeeves which was listed on Flipkart site. Did not claim anything for 2 years and in 3rd year when TV was having display issues, I logged a call to Jeeves on 24th Jun’23, they sent engineer on 25th Jun’23 but did not fix the issue. On 28th Jun, they picked up my TV from my residence and now till 3rd Aug’23 there is no response to any email which I am sending to Jeeves Support and Grievance officer of Flipkart. Its like they have officially stolen my TV from my home.
