Dear Sir, I had bought a LG Washing Machine from Flipcart. The Flipcart representative adviced me to buy Extended Warranty from Jeeves, so I bought it. My Washing Machine could not power on 14 June 21, so I requested Jeeves to help. Their service person came after a week and diagnosed that the PCB needs to be replaced. The replacement took another 15 days, but the PCB still did not work normally and stopped randomly in middle of cycles. Again it shut down on 30 August. Later no help from Jeeves. I requested them to refund the charges as per agreement, but they do not respond.
