I have a complaint about order ID 214385214078584. I gave this order around 1 pm on August 17th 2025. And I recieved the order at 2.30pm. Almost 1 and half hours delay for an order from a hotel that is just 2.5kms away and should have been delivered within 20 to 30 mins. Also the delivery partner had 2 issues. One is he looked like a school kid and second is there was another boy with him and both of them looked like they were going for a leisure drive and not doing their job properly. Also he has a very bad attitude. He was 6 mins away from my location and yet it took him almost 40 minutes to get to my location.
He was standing inside a small road and not moving. I tried calling him but he did not answer his call even when it was ringing. The customer service offered me a 20 rs coupon in Swiggy itself in order which is disgustingly low for making me wait for almost 2 hours for an order that should have been delivered in 20 to 30 minutes. On questioning the delivery boy he was arrogant and haughty and told me that if he were playing a game he would not have delivered my order.
