Text of Complaint by Nandini Mishra:

I placed an order on 13th May and received a sunscreen, I started using it after 4 days I found out that I was getting little bumps and breakouts on my face so I went through all the products that I have been applying on my face and it was then that I found out that the sunscreen I ordered I expired hence I suffered. I tried to take this matter up with the customer care services of Swiggy instamart itself but the agents there were extremely rude and unprofessional they denied any help and resolution.
