Tried to do a flight booking on 09 November through travolook, the booking got cancelled station fare expiration, then got a mail of refund within 7-10 working days, after following up so many times, the money is still not refunded, everytime I connect with the customer executive, they say please wait it will come. It feels like scam, saw many post and reviews regarding this company cheating with public and not refunding the money back. Please help.
