I had some credits in my account that I got due to some excess payment against some services booked earlier.
I have been booking some services since then to redeem my credits but the expiry date of my credits has not been mentioned on my app. I could not book some services as it was mentioned that my apartment couldn’t be served. However, others residents in
my locality were served for the same services. And I couldn’t reach any one as there was no customer care number for the company nor any email id for raising any query or complaint.
Completely disgusting experience dealing with Urban company since beginning and there seems to be no end to it.
I need help in getting back my hard earned money (Rs 5011) back.
