I have problem for outgoing calls. Suddenly my no. Has been blocked and not allowed to make any outgoing calls .

I have 132 rupees balance in my mobile number and I receive this STUPID MESSAGE TO RECHARGE FOR OUTGOING SERVICE. what sort of cat n rat play is this??? Prepaid connection people afford if they want to save money and WOULD LIKE TO DO ONLY LIMITED CALLS. SO IN A MONTH HOW MANY TIMES YOU MIGHT CALL IS WAY TOO LESS.
IN THIS BUSY LIFE DAYS IN A MONTH MOVES JUST LIKE A SHORT SPAN AND AGAIN YOU HAVE TO DO A RECHARGEEEEEEEEEEEE?????? WHAT THE HECK??
THOUGH YOU HAVE 1000 BALANCE YOU CANNOT TALK AS YOU DON’T HAVE OUTGOING SERVICE PACK??
