I have received expired milk packets of Mother dairy toned milk. I have ordered 3 packets of 0.5 L of mother dairy milk in my order on 9th Sep 2023 from swiggy instamart. On checking the use by date on the milk packets, i was surprised to see that the milk packets delivered to me has a date of 8th Sep which clearly indicates that the milk is not for use on 9th Sep. The other milk packets of Amul 0.5 L within the same order has a date of 10th Sep 2023 which indicates it’s not expired. On the 9th September, I have immediately raised the concern on swiggy instamart app about expired mother dairy milk but the response says that I need to report the issue on their support email. I have sent multiple emails on their support email I’d but everytime the response received from the team is that they can’t refund/replace the product and nothing can be done. I want to take strict action against this firm for delivering the expired products and playing with the health of consumers without accepting the faults.
