My complaint is on www.tfcakes.in, I ordered one kg premium rasamalai cake worth 1449 rupees along with a table top present worth 189 rupees for a midnight delivery worth 249 rupees. The rasamalai pieces on the top was sour and expired, was not in edible condition. And the table top present was not delivery at all! No email confirmation was given to confirm my order, only payment transaction confirmation was sent with no order number/ list of products mentioned on the email! And the cake didn’t have similar decoration as it was shown on the website too (similar appearance was expected as it says premium cake on the website). The customer care contact number was switched off (which says available 24*7 on their site) and made my day worst trying to contact them multiple times! Such a misleading service along with delivery scam.
